How the Western Sydney Wanderers back up from another tough Asian Champions League encounter will again impact their battle to avoid the wooden spoon.

Western Sydney earned a 1-1 draw against FC Seoul on Tuesday night and will take on the Central Coast Mariners in round 25 of the A-League on Saturday night.

The Wanderers are a point clear of the Newcastle Jets with three rounds remaining.

It will be tough going for the Asian Champions who haven’t kept a clean sheet in their last 10 games and have collected just four points from 12 away games this season.
